Using a webcam to record your video
If you are planning to use a Webcam to record your VideoPitch, please follow these steps:
a.
If you have not posted a business plan click on the Post Your Business Plan button. Next, complete your profile/business plan summary and click SAVE PLAN.
or
If you have already posted a business plan click on the Edit Plan button next to the existing plan.
b. Attach any documents that you would like investors to see (Business plan, Executive Summary, PowerPoint, etc.)
i. Click BROWSE to find your file (remember that the file must be 20 MB or smaller)
ii. Insert a name for the document
iii. Then click UPLOAD FILE
c. Click on RECORD/EDIT VIDEO (make sure that your webcam is connected and working)
d. Follow the recording instructions.
e. IMPORTANT: You must click "ATTACH VIDEO" next to the document after recording so that it will be viewable to investors. To make edits to the video please make sure the video is unattached from your plan.
